Hello i have bought RMV (upgrade from IV ) , but the serial that share it send me don't work in RMIV , i enter it in rmv and nothign happens,it stay on demo mode, i have repair authorisation ,done everything i can ...config:MAC OS X 10.5.8 ; cubase essential 5 ; i have try with rmv 5.0.4 and rmv 5.0.5;

problem solved and i don't know how!!

I re-enter the serial in RMV (in cubase ess. 5) it don't work again, i close the cubase project and let cubase run , i install the last update 5.0.5 , i update the vst folder , and i when i have load rmv , it works,it tell me now 'valid', i really don't know why because i have already try to register rmv before (5.0.4 and 5.0.5 ) and it didn't work. Plz someone of linplug could explain why ? and tell me how to do the next time i had to install rmv how to register it without my problem? Thx.v

If you're on Vista, be sure to run your host as administrator.

I vaguely remember something like this happening with Cronox (and with a couple of other vendors' plugs, such as Stylus RMX). In this case, I think it was Live that had the problem - authorising in Logic went OK. I think what happens is that there is some interaction between the host and the plug-in when text is being inserted which means the plug-in never actually sees the text.

i work with cubase essential 5 but it understand the serial because the plugin make it red after i hit enter.

the update is really great , with 5.0.5 i was having (sometime) the sound wich became very loud and all i was having to do was to mute the track,unload the plug and reload it...now NOTHING wrong
