OK - tough vote -
Acidrocks gets my top vote for reminding me of Frank Zappa's "Hot Rats" album. Lighthearted and fun - this one. 5 points
Sync or Swim - Yeager kicks ass as usual. 3 points
Last Transmission from the Astrayed Star-tribe - 1 point.
Life has been real busy for the last month and I found myself listening to these in my van as I drove around town. I watched my kids and their friends react to these pieces and this helped influence my vote.
Acidrocks provoked joviality - always good - if you have kids you know what I mean.
Sync or Swim caused some rocking out - good as well
Last Transmission from the Astrayed Star-tribe evokes introspection
brought to you from the procrastination voting section.

I'm having a bit of a struggle getting a participants prize completed .... 4 projects ongoing, and just a little too much work required on all of them at the moment.
However, I think I'm gonna add a 'tone control' to the prize folder this time round. Not very exciting, I agree, but how often have you struggled with cutoffs, resonances, high shelf, lo shelf, etc and thought " this is bloody ridiculous! all I really need is a tone control" ...? ... never? ..well I have!
Anyway, this tone control has a little pixie dust .... it can be a bit dirty with high input levels .... some call it warmth!!
.. still working on it, but it should be finished by tonight,
.... so, where were we? ... Ah yes, more votes?????

To all the voters..THANKS !
While listening, I sometimes forget that everybody is using the same synth !!
AcidRocks - tattiemannie : It's all there choir, guitars solid percussion, all wrapped up in the allready known tattiemannie style, fast and chearfull.
AcidTrip_Totolitoto : Good percussion, very entertaining, good production, nice ambiance , killer climax. solid patches.
AmbiYense - WrigglerUk : Don't know why, but this reminded me a bit of Guenon - DeadlineWorm from challenge 5 Elek7ro, remixed for musicbox. Which is a good thing ! good atmosphere.
Bad-Bad-Acidrack---mrblitz000 : Never know what key or tempo ( time signature ) this guy is in , but it's always very entertaining.
Cheese Rack - Mouxbar : Good chordprogression, love the bassline, nice breaks, solid sounds, I like this ! It's cheesy, but it's meant to be, so you succeeded !
eatacidbefresh - jonboyd : Great arp and sound at the beginning, good mood changes, great patches overall ! In stead of fading out it could have gone on for a few minutes IMHO.
Good-Acidrack---mrblitz000 : Again I'm completely lost ( time and key wise ). It's a mrblitz000 composition for sure.
Last Transmission from the Astrayed Star-tribe - Xenobioz : Stereo ! nice low-tempo, great panflute! It's got percussion lovely arps and a great theme fade out ( ending ) .
Winter pling - dwsel : Wind cickets, very christmassy cannon, If this doesn't make you happy ..nothing will !
As for the votes...(but they could go either way)
AcidTrip - Totolitoto : 5 points
Cheese Rack - Mouxbar : 3 points
AcidRocks - tattiemannie : 1 point.
Thanks to all involved, and it's always nice to hear the variety of songs , and differend approaches to making music, in these OSC's.
There is no such thing as bad music, only stuff I like more than the other.
On to the next OSC !
