Sure, the next version ZynAddSubFX will be available only under Windows, under an EULA license and will cost 400 Euro :D :D :D . There will be available a lite version without sound (with only only pretty graphs of the harmonics) which will cost 50 Euro. Also the Demo version will available for free, it will be very good, but it will not run. It will be used only to show what files might exist when installing ZynAddSubFX
(just kidding)..
Oh that is a very good reply.
It wasn't me! (well, actually, it probably was) - apparently no longer an 'elderly', now a 'senior'! Is that promotion?

The laugh's on all of us. Jesus was actually working on Judaism V1.5, but after his untimely death his followers compiled the code he left behind, called it Christianity (Alpha) and made it open-source donationware, whereupon it immediately got split into several different builds by well meaning but hopelessly impractical nerds. To this day most of these builds are still in beta, but they are usually pretty undemanding on hardware (although it's not unknown to see the occasional conflict with a different O.S).

And you wonder why Linux followers are so fanatical about their drug of choice. ;)

missed release time...! "It is accomplished"...!

To be fair the code is pretty solid- most problems are due to operators (edit: and subsequent developers) not interpreting the manual properly. :)
