I hope so, try one of the three new algo settings, preset 3 should preserve the bass better.
Yes, preset 3 is fine.
Is there any plan to add an output gain boost at soe point ? (after processing, the leels are way quieter, and it shoudl be posible to apply some gain boost withouth clipping or needing any further compression)

I will tweak the postgain to allow also positive gain, this does not clip as long you watch the output in your daw or editor.
Expect the new version tomorrow...

Terry.

Ok version 1.41 online now.

Postgain can now also boost the output signal.
When set to center the signal should be around 0 dB (no clip).

See the first post for downloadlink or visit www.terrywest.nl.

Thanks Reverse Engineer! I was in a hurry.

Thanks Terry, I look forward to trying this out on some of my older material that was squashed a bit too much back then.

And I like your website too - very easy to navigate.

Cheers

Zone Alarm removed the dll files as soon as they were unzipped. Given that ZA doesn't make a habit of false positives, I'm wondering...

Well I'd say then, that makes it a legitimate threat.

Not sure, actually. That was on the laptop. I didn't have that issue on the desktop, and just scanned the same two files with no problem. So I don't know what to make of it. I'm going to retest on laptop to see what happens.
