That was almost 3 months ago. Any news?7Aliens wrote:Aproximately 2 months.Orbit-50 wrote:Would you be able to do it soon? This is the only major feature missing from Catanya. I want to buy it right now, but can't pull the trigger because of this. This is actually a very good arpeggiator now that I understand what it's exact intention is.7Aliens wrote:I have this task on the ToDo List and I will add it for sure.

Not sure... maybe that's why it's so alluring!

I believe its a 'keep it a secret' gesture. Along with red lips, red dress, and eye contact, something groovy about to happen. Pure genius!VitaminD wrote:Why is that girl telling everyone to 'be quiet' ????DHR53 wrote:I'm missing the hot chick in the ad myself...

There is a Cubase 5 update right around the corner, let's hope this problem is fixed then, as 7Aliens claims that it's a bug in C5 not in Catanya (It works right in Cubase 4.5.2, so it might be true).Gucky wrote:Works Cantanya now with Cubase 5?

Try loading it in savihost, and route the output to capture the MIDI output in Cubase.melophony wrote:I just test catanya with the new version 5.1.1. of cubase and catnya don't work...3 weeks i've bought this plug without use it... 7aliens, please update your plug-in....standalone wrote:There is a Cubase 5 update right around the corner, let's hope this problem is fixed then, as 7Aliens claims that it's a bug in C5 not in Catanya (It works right in Cubase 4.5.2, so it might be true).Gucky wrote:Works Cantanya now with Cubase 5?
It IS working in Samplitude (although a little tricky setting it up).

Tried running this in Windows 7, 64 bit, Sonar 8.3, couldn't get it to work. Not sure what i'm doing wrong. Haven't tried it in XP yet.

If one is willing to perform "heroic" workarounds to overcome Catanya's problems in Cubase 5, it's worth remembering that the license now allows to download and run any former version of Cubase.
So, you can instal 4.5.2 and use it with Catanya. Later, you can open the project in Cubase 5.

Early on 7 Aliens stated the program will not work in 64 bit environment. They even say on their website "32 bit Windows XP/Vista/7"; However, I am running it on 64 bit Vista using host Sonar 8.0 in 32 bit mode. You may want to try running Sonar in 32 bit to see. I haven't had any problems that I can tell are related to Cantanya. Sonar has many quirks IMO and constant crashes here but I can't figure out if it is Sonar or a VST or maybe both.
Supposedly Sonar 8.5 fixes these issues of 32 and 64 bit plug-ins with their new bit-bridge but I haven't bought it yet to find out.
Hope this helps in some way.

dsan

Huh? Catanya has been working fine since 5.01 here (now also in the newest 5.1.1). What exactly is not working for you?melophony wrote:I just test catanya with the new version 5.1.1. of cubase and catnya don't work...3 weeks i've bought this plug without use it...
