Just a sidenote:
This download of the free version alone has generated over 22 Gigabyte of traffic within just three days. Though most hostproviders here in Germany have traffic included now they also have a hidden limitation which they call fair use meaning don't overuse unlimited traffic. Thus if they think traffic is to high they simply cut the line or slow downloading down. And this business is not paying that much that a high cost provider with really no traffic limitation would be justified.

ASW is "listed" in the banks and patchs section, and "ASWx2-bank_SDB" is THERE also.

note on its use:

Please place ASWx2-bank_SDB in your "ASW" folder with the other banks and sound-fonts. This full bank uses 2 of the "4athmonia-a.sf2", one in each OSC's of the PRO version of ASW.

Selecting it (e.g "load .fxb") will load both OSC's sf2 automatically.

Basically this works with the free version too but of course several waves will be missing then and show an empty display so one has to chosse one of the internal waves as replacement.

I really like this wonderful instrument. So I felt I had to make a special edition of my AmbiFlow Mixer which includes 30 loops craeted with ASW, using some of the provided presets with little or no extra tweaking other than to turn the samples I made into loops. The Mixer software is a bit of a 'toy' but it might prove to be of amusing interest to somebody. Anyway, it can be downloaded from

The Mixer can be run in manual, semi automatic or auto mode. You can replace my chosen loops with loops of your own choice as you wish.

I do have a tendency to leave out the odd .dll. If one is reported missing, please let me know. As I have all the necessary .dlls on my system I can't check if I have omitted any.

Full versions of AmbiFlow applications are available (all free by amateur programmer using sdlBasic) from
