We don't nearly keep you guys informed enough of what usage there is of our sounds. IK does a great job of this on the IK web site and very often it includes sounds that Sonic Reality has developed. I know it is interesting to many people who visit our company forum so we'll try to do more news posts like this just so you can get an idea of the various artists who use our stuff and perhaps look out for the tunes where you think you hear it!
I wonder if our sounds were used in that big hit they just had on the last album that even my mother bought from iTunes... I bet it was! Hmmm. I'll have to tell my Mom then. Every time I tell her something like that she gets off my case for not having a normal job.
Actually she backed off years ago when I got the chance to work with artists she knew of. Then she could feel it was "legit". I used to tell her "I'm working with Smashing Pumpkins" and she'd say "What is THAT? Go back to college." but then when I said I was working with Barbara Streisand or Madonna she realized I wasn't messing around... of course we all know that even just working on your OWN music should be enough but my parents both went to Ivy League schools so you can imagine I was up against a tough audience to please there. You gotta love a little news update post that has a personal touch! (Or at least if you frequent THIS forum you do!
