Folks! That's a hero!
No hero here, jensa.
The spare money is that for this kind of expenses. Obviously the priority are elsewhere. So, after taking in account these and the mandatory christmas expense (like child's presents), I decided I could afford this. Probably I will not be able to buy other music related things in the next months, and a drum library will cost me much more than than 99 bucks. You see, it's really simple...sort of :)

like the fact we just hit 460
:x onwards to 500 men! (or people that is)

question for you what is the ETA of those abbey road keyboards your working on
:?:
He was joking. We're not working on any Abbey Road sounds. Although they are doing some of their own in Kontakt. They have a refill that has some cool keys. No Rhodes on it though.

We WILL have every type of Rhodes you can think of coming for the Infinite Player though... just not an Abbey Something. ;)

Anyway, well done. That one was obscure. You deserve the extra epoint. ;)

"You gonna fight him? Haha that's a laugh". I still know almost every line in that movie. What a film. It was done by Barbet Shroder who did "The Valley" which had the soundtrack from Pink Floyd "Obscured By Clouds".
Some trivia.
From what I recall, Bukowski did not like the movie or Rourke's acting. :)

I liked it, along with Factotum and Born into this.
I'm not surprised given the character also didn't like too many things either.

"Too many things I don't want to be like a glider pilot or a narc"

It's hard to like someone's portrayal of yourself! But from the outside perspective - not knowing Bukowski or how he really talks - it was an entertaining "character" Rourke created... and quotable, fun to imitate...

I liked it. Faye Dunaway was good to and Stallone's brother! "Why'd it have to be Eddie?"

Could the surge have begun? It's such a great deal that I expect to see a number of people jump on-board at the last minute.

Hey! There's no shame in Denny's. I had some of the best conversations of my life in the AM hours over coffee at Denny's :hihi: By the time 3am rolls around you don't even notice (or care) that you're not eating real food. It's all about good friends and good conversation at that juncture :D

Don't be hatin' on the Denny's now Dave. You're outta your element
The first night I met my wife (well over 17 years ago now), we ended the evening with our two closest friends at a Denny's at 3:00am in the morning, so while the food may suck, it still holds a special place in my heart. Fond memories indeed.

I've just joined.

Referal went to ReverendRhythm for preaching the true beat  and pushing this GB.

Has the content been delivered yet? I'm curious to hear some actual real-world use of these sample-sets. I'm not too keen on the sound examples on the GB page, and I would like to hear them put to actual use by some of you guys before it's too late to buy in...

It does seem that the ball has started to roll downward towards the end of the road. It's speed increasing, capturing all in it's path with it's urgency and momentum - jump on brave souls, jump on!!!

The last thing you want to be is looking at the ball as it settles into the end point, and wondering why didn't I join in on the fun. I know these are tough times for all, money is short, we all have other priorities, many much more important than group buys, but if you had any intention on spending $99.00 on any music related purchase in the coming year, this does seem one of those pound for pound worthy investments - where else are you going to get so much for so little.

I'm just going to have to forgo Denny's a few times in the coming months, but my stomach will appreciate it. (Not really - the last time I was at Denny's was that night long ago when I met my wife.)

It's almost at the bottom of the hill, time is running short, jump on brave souls, jump on!

I think they deserve some credit for being that place that's open late. The food doesn't suck as bad as some other places... but when comparing to a good Mom and Pop restaurant that the locals like - anywhere in the world... well...

But once again, it's also the people you're with that make the place great. That's a whole other factor than the food! Anyway, I go there after gigs or a late movie sometimes too so I fully understand. Denny's is off the hook... I don't see too many people defending Applebee's though. ;)

If you don't like the current sound examples - especially the OWD kits which have a demo per kit (I am still working on putting up a demo per kit for the DM stuff and even some examples of hybrid kits but I think that's going to be down to the wire... maybe tomorrow) then that's more than half of it so it may not be for you. I'm talking about what you hear sonically.
