Maybe it's just Amplitube 3. :P

Nobody even said it was all software, let alone that... :)

reminds me of the parents trying to tell their kids they didn't get them present "x" when the kids know damn well they did :hihi:

@hardware: There certainly could be a hardware controller that is in between stealth pedal and stomp i/o as part of this whole thing, I guess.

Post

Whatever you say, hippity :) What do YOU want most for your New Year's present, then? We will make sure you don't get it. Oh wait, I know.. iPhone app!!! GrooveMaker Hippity Hoppity Easter Edition might cover that.

Speaking of a Stealth Pedal, I still want one, but since I already own all the software I don't think it's prudent to just run out and buy the Stealth Pedal on it's own as a controller. It'd sure be great if something new in the Amplitube line came out that could be somehow bundled or acquired via a voucher with a Stealth Pedal.

Yep...that sure would be great....

Hmmm, I owned all the software and bought the StealthPedal as an interface and controller, but not the Deluxe. I guess since it still comes with Metal it may seem like you are not getting the expected bang for buck but that's not forever and kind of a freebie special kind of thing. I think it is worth it and I got it all before I worked for IK. I wouldn't change a thing. Well I would have picked up the extra expression pedal and double stomp the same day, so I would change that.

I personally would like to see Amplitude 3, and my version would include all the previous versions (including Metal, JH, and Ampeg) but with updated modeling for everything inside a heavily modified X-Gear type interface. Throw in some most wanted models, like the Mesa MKIII and the possibility of a "control room" type module (ala GR4) but with the option of adding your own amp impulses. Add better midi control support within the vst plugin and voila!

I start to think when a company offers a four for 1 deal on certain products, those free products are about to get updated... (I do not say this in a bad way). It would be a great way to get users hooked on a great product and prime them for something new looming the future.....

Tough to identify what you don't actually see. Kudos on getting it, susiwong.
Wow, thanks, Peter ! :)
Now that's confirmed I'll try to find out the complete names of that combination, just out of curiosity. :hihi:
Hi Peter,
sorry to say, but I officially give up on that one.
All sources I've found (hundreds) refer to the combination as the "1484 Twin Twelve", not a single mention of the cab seperately.
So unless "Twin Twelve" is the name of the cab I don't have a clue.
My last hope was Ritchie Fliegler's "Amps !" book I checked today at a friend's house - not even a mention of Silvertone, unfortunately.
Hope you'll solve that puzzle once the software is released ...
Cheers,

Ah, from what I recall seeing when looking they called the cab the "Twin Twelve" with a 1484 head. I'll have to dig it up but consider that one nailed, no worries! :)

Audio samples are now up there. Very cool, I had no idea these were even coming. I guess I'll have to make some guesses too :) Or ask tomorrow... that's a better idea. http://bit.ly/2EUwBq
