Ok. Kit 1 dry, Kit 2 med. and odd grooves are downloaded!! Still no redeem code, but i will keep checking. can't wait to get started!

Could you kindly put up a summary of the licenses for these products or a link to them? There are quite a few individual pieces in this exceptional bundle. Are they all linked together? For those of us with multiple computers, do we need to purchase this twice (I am willing to do this)? I am away from home as well and would hate to install on my travel computer and not have the ability to use it back at home on the studio machine.

As for the effort put into this - been there, done that - feel for you, man!

The player is for ppl who don't have the FULL version of Kontakt......

Right. Actually, KP3.5 and higher are the exactly same binary with Kontakt (full version) of the same version. You cannot install KP when you have Kontakt installed. Many features are only available to Kontakt, though.

I have tried to comb through this thread and did a search and I am not finding an answer to this question so I would appreciate it if someone could please assist me.

I currently have some DM1 kits and Infinite Player that I bought along with the Sonr stereo kit. In addition, I purchased a couple of DM1 MT kits. Infinite Player was installed using Kontakt 2.

How do I properly upgrade everything so that I run the new kits properly? Do I just install Kontakt 3.5 or 4 and I am good to go? Do I need to download IP again and reinstall it? I see how to do a new install but I am not sure what I do for an "upgrade" install.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, apparently they have to be done by hand each one but that's so a human can look and approve it first. Still... not bad service on a Saturday night huh? Really it is better to wait until the end of the day Monday. But I know some people are anxious and some even already have the Infinite Player so if you do then have some fun with those two kits for now. The rest of the OWD kits will have to come tomorrow.

Wow, some of these posts make me want to cry. Right when I think there's going to be tomatoes, frying pans, bags of dirt (one time when I was a kid I was riding in my Huffy bike and drove by an empty lot and saw a bag of dirt on the ground so like any kid would I KICKED it... only it wasn't a bag of dirt it was a bag of something ELSE and it got all over my bike, in the spokes... everywhere.) where was I? oh yeah, eggs, beer cans, heads of lettuce and other assorted household items thrown in our direction and what do I see? People saying they're customers for life? Wow. That's amazing. Okay I admit I am crying a little bit but man the stress... who wouldn't? Okay MAYBE MR. T wouldn't. I bet Arnold would... okay maybe he wouldn't... Clint? Okay he wouldn't either. Oh well. Somebody cool would.

In all seriousness (and I haven't yet read all the posts so I am crossing fingers here) we really appreciate the kind words, loyalty and appreciation for what we want to accomplish here. We really want to give you all something fantastic and to really do that... well it's going to take a lot more effort than I ever anticipated but we're not going to stop until you all have everything we've been having so much fun talking about all this time.

You will get a redeem code "product serial" in your member's area.

I have downloaded Kit 1 and 2, plus the odd grooves. Still no redeem code yet.
it is just like Christmas Eve...got new toys under the tree, but can't open them yet!

Jealous! I'm sitting here looking at the two kits and MIDI grooves in my download area mocking me since I haven't received the serial number yet and have no way to play them. Cart parked firmly in front of the horse.

For a great deal like this, i can hold on for another day. You are doing a great job. I have been in the recording business for many years, and have had to deal with all kinds of bad customer service for products that cost a lot more than this. As a professional, i really thing the level of service you are providing stands well above the rest. keep up the good work and make sure the people working with you also know that their work is also greatly appreciated. I think someone owes you all a drink!!

Thanks. This thread is really a trip.

The redeem codes are being put in manually. I think some of the people doing it are falling asleep or getting close. I have those Clockwork Orange toothpicks in my eyes to try to stay awake myself and it's not even that late here.

But, you CAN get Kontakt Player 3.5 right now from the Support Page of www.sonicreality.com OR you can get Kontakt Player 4 from Native Instruments.
