I would think that the IP Serial Numbers have to be allocated manually. So the eSoundz guys may not be doing that until tomorrow.

2) Everyone in the GB will get a Redeem Code to use here: www.downloadablesoundz.com/redeem.php Where you will enter that code and it will take you to a page where you can CHOOSE between the Infinite Player SERIAL -OR- if you already have an ACTIVATED Infinite Player (meaning you had a serial before and activated it with NI's service center from a previous purchase) then you can alternatively choose an STm Ludwig Jazz kit.

NOTE: Both of these - the serial or the Jazz kit - will be put into your DownloadableSoundz.com user's area instead of esoundz.

I just finish downloaded Infinite / kontakt but it's only 350 mb ?? in the download area it says 1 gig + hum??

I downloaded IP and it was ~350MB. I downloaded it a second time and it was 1.17GB. Try downloading it again.

I was just able to redeem my code for the Jazz Kit. However, the download link appears to be broken. No rush, just wanted to make certain you were aware. I am certain it will all be fine in due time.

Well, I don't have the serial for IP but I am able to play the kits in demo mode in Kontakt 3.5, I'm not sure what the restrictions are.

I have been able to download the 4 files ( infiniteplayerkontakt, ipowdstkit01dry, ipowdstkit02med & oddgroovesbonus ). I have been able to install everything (and I already own full K3.5 ) but when I go to activate the Infinite Player with the NI service center, it asks for a serial number and it won't accept the serial number that I used to download from downloadablesoundz. I don't see any other serial number anywhere. I can access the piano and the drums but only in demo mode.

Oh well ... It seems that we still need another bit of information. Hopefully that will come later today. In the meantime, I'll open a ticket on downloadablesoundz.

Go to your Esounz account and click My Downloads.... go to where it says: Here are your product serials: then look for Sonic Reality - Studio ProFiles Infinite Player your serial number is there.

Thank you for the advice. I have checked there and now that I have downloaded the IP, the downloadablesoundz line is no longer there and there is nothing replacing it with a different serial number for the IP activation. If this is where the activation code will show up, then at the moment, I will just have to wait because it simply is not there. I've also looked on My Registration Keys on downloadablesoundz and nothing is there. I've put in a ticket and will just relax. Thanks again for the thought.

I just opted-in, after following this thread for a while! Was made permanent in my job and currently enjoying a bottle of South Australia's finest red... didn't have an option but to hit the "Place Order" button

The Serial number you used at DownloadableSoundz was your Redeem Code, wasn't it? Now that you have selected Infinite Player you will need an IP Serial Number - I guess that this will turn up later after eSoundz has manually allocated it to you. Have a look in your DownloadableSoundz >> User Area >> My Downloads >> Product Serials. That's where mine was (for the original IP Group Buy, not this one).
