Squids, I hurried back from the holiday to start my downloads. Amid all the excitement, I opted for the jazz kit thinking I would get the serial # for IP automatically. I have Kontakt 4 already, but in order to activate the libraries, I'll need the IP serial #. I never downloaded the jazz kit, and need to repair my decision. What can I do?

I loaded my kits into Konakt 4, and after authorizing IP they sound great, but I am having to skip a file in order to load the kits. Kontakt 4x tells me it can not find OWD_GUI_OceanWayDrums-S.tga file...

Is this the file Squids said was missing earlier? Or... Is their a problem on my end? If so just how would I get this file???

I downloaded the first OWD kits and am quite impressed. Bravo!

There is definitely more realism when playing these kits, especially with your fingers. I'm very excited to start fingering a little more of the iceberg and to start building hybrids!! This is really gonna keep me happy (and busy) for a quite some time.

The Kontakt4 Player also works a dream with EZPlayer Pro (had it already).

It would be lovely if we could get EZPlayer Pro in our download areas, since that would be a quick download and actually gives us something to do and learn while we wait for the rest of the stuff.

We already have the 150 OddGrooves, plus I just found 1000 Grooves from GrooveMonkey that I must have got and never downloaded from a previous Group Buy. I'd love to start sorting them all out with EZPlayer Pro.

I've decided I am also gonna take advantage of the OddGroove upgrade offer for all 7000 loops. With the realism of these kits, I do believe MIDI loops are now going to sound almost as good as Audio loops.

Hmm, is the Deluxe Piano going to be added to our eSoundz/downloadableSound area automatically or do we have to ask Allen for it? I chose Ludwig Kit as I already have IP from another GB.

Yes that's the file Squids mentioned earlier - it's the skin graphic for OWD inside Kontakt. The missing file will be added as a separate fixit download later (Squids said).

I was just able to redeem my code for the Jazz Kit. However, the download link appears to be broken. No rush, just wanted to make certain you were aware. I am certain it will all be fine in due time.

I was seeing this last night too - but today it works (Squids said somewhere above the kit wouldn't be available till today) - so now I'm just waiting for the Jazz kit to appear in my downloadablesoundz user area

That's being worked on tonight. I let the Jazz kit upload while I slept just a bit last night. Had to catch a plane early in the morning and man... the security right now and customs... what a time to travel. I just took a nap that was INSTANT R.E.M. But I have more help now on all fronts (help with the OWD kits, Jazz, IP and Redeem). The funny thing is that more and more and more people are still buying this. That's a good thing but that many more people asking Allen questions or posting in here wondering WTF? This is not your NORMAL everyday product. This is a massive bundle of brand new and exclusive products. Did we go overboard? Yes. Can we deliver? Yes, not on time (too late to get that pat on the back) but we can make sure you get your $99's worth and then some.

I uploaded the "skins" for you if your OWD kits are looking for a missing "TGA". That means it is looking for the background image. The Studio ProFiles Infinite Player_info.nkx & nkc I was talking about is supposed to be in with the OWD Kits since it is an updated images folder that is the same name but NEWER than the one installed with the IP. We should get NI to make us a new IP installer that installs the latest info nkx for images but... with as many new IP libraries as we have we are surely a pain in NI's butt. Anyway, as I said, there are just modular components involved and anyone familiar with Kontakt is used to it most likely. People new to Kontakt all I can say is that it is worth it. Great powerful player for samples and we make good use of its capabilities for this. Hang in there!

So, anyway, we're putting those image/gui files into the support section of SR.com after our web guy grabs a bite to eat. For now though I uploaded it just for you to my little Squids Corner. So, download this and simply drop these three things right into the root of your Infinite Player folder:

One way we could add it automatically is to bundle the Jazz kit with the Deluxe Piano in the same zip. It'd make it 300ish megs larger but... what do you think Infinite Player veterans?
