audio time stretch and pitch shift

Is there a simple way to play audio files time stretched / pitch shifted in Cantabile?

That would be great for practising purposes.

Also I would like to have that directly in Cantabile I am not sure if this can be done without additional cost for embedding a third party library for this purpose in Cantabile.
