your order should appear on esoundz, together with the Kits.
on esoundz you should find a "redeem" code that needs to be used on downloadablesoundz to get IP or the Jazz kit.

I never received a confirmation letter either, but I am still getting downloads and stuff. You should have some downloads sitting in your Download area on eSoundz.comfunktional wrote:1-I have not received my confirmation letter even if I paid with paypal a month ago(contacted to support I think it will be resolved, I hope ,even if I have not received a reply yet)

As for Infinite Player, you do not need to update it. Infinite Player is really just a library to authorize IP instruments to work in Kontakt Player or the full Kontakt. If you previously installed Infinite Player you are ready to just download some kits, install them and start playing.
In you download area you should also find a redeem code for Infinite Player. If you click on it and follow the links, you will have the option to select a free Jazz kit instead of Infinite Player, which you don't need.
And if you have nothing in your download area, then contact Allen at the address included 2 posts up.

I still have to try it out but my main concern is the hi hat performance. I just could never find a perfect hi hat and it is the most difficult instrument to emulate.RonnieRex wrote:Just downloaded the two sets and tried to experiment a little. Is it possible to use CC4 to control the amount of hihat opening (like in EZDrummer)?

Do this hi hats perform well?

can anyone point me to installation instructions?
i've downloaded the Infinite Player (555Mb) and have the serial, do I need to download the Kontakt Player as well?
Also is there an advantage to using version 4 over 3.5?

Installation instructions https://www.esoundz.com/myaccount/news1.php?nbr=5480 (shown at the top of your download page under news heading) I think that link will only work if you're logged in at esoundz.lusername wrote:can anyone point me to installation instructions?

I downloaded the zip file for the infinite player installer and it was 1.2G or there abouts....
And when I tried to unzip I got errors.
So, I downloaded it again, and this time it was only 500 ish MEG....the file had definately changed, on the site, from the first time I downloaded it, as I could see the size of the file, before downloading....its written there on the website...
anyways , that file wont unzip either...
has anyone else had this issue?
I cant be downloading gigs and gigs and gigs of files, if they aint gonna work...it takes hours for me to get them?
I have never had a problem unzipping anything before...I tried unzipping on two machines and had the same issue...??
cheers

Ok, so I have to also download the Kontakt Player, install that first, then install the 555Mb Infinite Player. Then I can install the kits. Correct?
Also it says in the instructions that as a Windows 7 user I will have to install the library (which I assume is where the kit files will eventually be stored) into either C:\users\your name\documents, or an external drive.
I don't want to install the kits onto my C:\ as I don't have much room there, nor do I have an external drive... can I install the library onto another partition, where all my other drum libraries are kept?

Yep, I just installed the libraries on another partition (btw, the same one where I installed the Kontakt libraries) and it works like a charm.lusername wrote: I don't want to install the kits onto my C:\ as I don't have much room there, nor do I have an external drive... can I install the library onto another partition, where all my other drum libraries are kept?
