I can see the one for the OWD Expandable player on the freesoundz page...does that work with infinite player or do we have to wait for it to appear in our downloads area like the others?
There's no rush, I'm just wondering though

It's getting a bit chaotic, isn't it?Breeze wrote:...and the archive only contains "Studio ProFiles Inifinte Player_info.nkx". So no info folder and we keep the .nkc? Or is standalone's assessment correct?standalone wrote:I think you mean "_info.nkx" and "_info.nkc", is that so?.Squids wrote: also take out the:

Also, only those that tried to solve the skins issue with the provisional files that were posted a while ago got that Info folder, if I'm correct.
I think Murphy is still in the house...

OK, I just checked esoundz again and it's showing up now. Thanks!DarkStar wrote:The IP Serial Number will be assigned to you manually by eSoundz, so it should turn up today (?) I had a redeem code under product serials, but that disappeared when I redeemed it. Now I'm not seeing anything under product serials at either downloadablesoundz or esoundz. Was this info supposed to be in the confirmation email, or am I just looking in the wrong place?
Thought I'd ask around here before bothering the surely swamped esoundz team. thanks!

FWIW, I'm currently hip-deep in a new project featuring Kit 1 from the gb. Sounds great, and I'm having an easier time using it than I do with the full OWD MT kit 1 which I also own. Probably just my familiarity with the interface now, but they load quick and sound great.
Plus the download was very quick as well.
Cheers

suggestions? i'm looking forward to using the instruments in this great group buy, but am not quite sure how to go about doing so. i come from a traditional rock and roll studio background and do not yet have a midi controller or any experience programming drums. can anyone suggest a great controller to use with these sounds? i'm thinking perhaps along the lines of an m-audio axiom or axiom pro for drums/keys/perc/sampled instruments (in kontakt perhaps) then i can play/record guitar/bass as i've always done... sorry if it's such an elementary question, any suggestions and info is appreciated. btw i'll be recording into pro tools 8 for now on a macbook pro. thanks and happy new year

well you could start by using the EZ player pro and some of the midi loops provided in the GB...then no need to purchase a keyboard controller yet.

thanks johnno, i think i'll do that to start but a keyboard would be great to play keys etc instead of trying to do it on the tiny trackpad on the mac... i was thinking also a drumpad thing would be cool but seeing how these will be mapped to a keyboard with iMap maybe that's the solutionjohnno wrote:well you could start by using the EZ player pro and some of the midi loops provided in the GB...then no need to purchase a keyboard controller yet.

Squids,
I know that it's been said before, but I have to say it again...your Team has gone WAY above and beyond for this GB. Your customer service has been phenomenal, and the product has exceeded all expectations. I'll be a SonicReality customer for life!
Thanks again,
G

can anyone help?
the add-on offer is the full set of OddGrooves products (over 7000 grooves in all) at $79.
Their shop page gives Bundle 5 (Basic, Advanced, Crazy, FourFour & FourFour 2)
normally 99.95, discounted to $69.97
Does this mean it's cheaper to just buy this from the Oddgrooves shop?
It looks like it
thanks
Tony

The new fills pack is not included in the bundle and the Christmas sale is now over (I think).Tone Control wrote:can anyone help?

Interesting. Perhaps Bundle 5 does not include all 7000 grooves? It looks like it does not include the Fills pack, and that would be a disappointing thing to miss out on. Grooves are grooves but fills are fills. We'll have to await feedback from Per on this.Tone Control wrote:the add-on offer is the full set of OddGrooves products (over 7000 grooves in all) at $79.

But I see that the 30% sale that gives you that better rate ends today. So hopefully we'll find out quickly.

RE: Oddgrooves upgrade...
You beat me to it. But the sale does go until January 4th, so it is still good today for anyone wanting less than all 7000 grooves. But for anyone wanting the complete set with fills and all, our GB upgrade deal looks like the way to go.standalone wrote:The new fills pack is not included in the bundle and the Christmas sale is now over (I think).
