What is the best choice - Infinite Player or Jazz kit - if you already have Kontakt 3.5/4? Does the Infinite Player confer any advantages when handling these kits or would I be better to choose the Jazz kit when redeeming the code?

If you don't have the Infinite Player installed you will not be able to use these kits. It's like a code that unlocks the kits to use in Kontact. So you have to choose the IP The other kit was a bonus for anyone who had already bought in to these drums b4 and therefore already had IP.

Hmm, maybe I'm doing something wrong but I can't download the Infinite Player from downloadable soundz. It tells me the product is not active anymore. I submitted a ticket but is there a faster way to get going on this? I redeemed the coupon and it took me to a page they call "Multi Card Selection" but no love. To be clear, I bought in early this AM, which I thought was OK (but maybe not)

It's a little complicated, no?

edit: I just noticed that the redeem coupon link does not seem to direct me to the correct page. Or, if it does, the wording is totally different. I see no option to select to GB WITH or without the Infinite Player.

I suppose it is possible there is a misdirection but... seems unlikely. The redeem code is supposed to take you to a page where you can choose EITHER the Infinite Player OR for people that already have it they can choose a drum kit instead.

Anyway, a support ticket is good. You can accompany that with an email to allen (at) esoundz (dot) com if you want to speed up him looking at it (he gets a pile of support tickets and usually doesn't look at those except during business hours). He will check emails at night if someone is stuck and desperately trying to get something going.

It's a little bit complicated but not so much considering this is a bundle of things. They are in different places but the added value of them normally would be over $500-700. So for $99 it should hopefully be worth getting this and that from the different sources. This isn't just one product off the shelf. It's a mega bundle with a lot of options to try to please everyone - both new Infinite Player users and current Infinite Player users. That might make it have a few extra steps but I think current Infinite Players are happy we did it for them and you might be too the next time we do a group buy and you already have the Infinite Player and can instead get a free set of sounds.

Hey Squids, thanks for your detailed response. I wasn't complaining just confused. I think this is an amazing deal and I'm happy to be a part of it. Thanks for all your hard work. I sent Allen an email just 'cause I'm like that. If it can happen quicker, I'm all for it.

I guess it's not that complicated when all is said and done considering the different parts that are working in concert to make this a reality. And I realized I am at the right page after all, it just doesn't work. Maybe somebody flipped the switch on the download in my account for whatever reason. It doesn't really matter. I'll just try to be patient, it's just that that damn kit #10 sounds so good I'm itching to try the other ones!

This is so MF confusing... I have read quite a few posts on my question, but nothing has really given me a definitive answer.

So, can anyone tell me where I am supposed to get my IP serial? I redeemed my code, and I am downloading the installer now, but there is no serial in my account, which, if I'm not mistaken, there should be.

For the record, I have yet to receive a single email from esoundz since I signed up. All of the downloads are are in my account--the only thing I am missing is my serial.

So... Do I need to contact Allen, or do I just need to be patient?

okay, totally confused now. I went to esoundz and there are a bunch of OWD kits in the download area; there is also a message in the "Serial" area that says click this link and you will be re-directed to downloadable soundz. if i understand correctly, I am supposed to:

1.download infinite player installer from another website (soundz-something or other), and the OWD installer as well?
2.go to downloadable soundz and get the serial number or authorization code,
3.then go back to esoundz and start downloading kits.

but when I go to downlaodable soundz there is no serial or anything. help, now what? here is a screen shot of general downloads, in the serial downloads section there is nothing at all.

The Serial will show up in your "My Downloads" section at ezoundz.com under "Here are your product serials:". They are being processed manually so be patient and it will show up. Until then though you can still use the product but it will time out as it will run in demo mode.

The only things showing up in my esoundz account to download is OWD1, OWD2, midi grooves, and the acoustic piano. Am I looking in the wrong place for the other kits?

THANKS. downloading IP now, I also downloaded the IP installer and the OWD installer from the other site. any ideas how these work? thanks so much, I haven't been able to follow this thread very well (grant writing time at work right now).
