Not much of a Pal that Paypal. They've done a few annoying things to me as a Paypal user. I can't say I LOVE eBay and Paypal. But you gotta love them because it is so darn convenient. They just abuse their power a little in the name of "for security reasons" and things like that... and you can't talk to the owner at 1am! What's up with that????

I'm not 100% sure about this, but check your ESOUNDZ.com user area as well, in case it is hiding in there. I got Infinite Player a year ago, so I don't remember.

• Infinite Player - Once you have selected the Infinite Player your downloadable Infinite Player Installer and serial number for registering it with Native Instruments (along with an important guide you must read and follow closely for proper installation) will show up in your DOWNLOADABLESOUNDZ.com user area. Yeah, it goes into a holding tank and has to be released to you by a human such as Allen... no alien jokes but it came to mind you know... when I said human. But we'll let that one go.

Emails are sent one by one so it could very well still be sending it as it just went out. But if you don't get it tonight then contact Allen to make sure you are on the mailing list.

But Allen was actually up doing support as of a half hour ago... scratching his head about Duojet's mysterious vintage creation dates that none of us can recreate. It's possible there is a fold in the time space continuum or it could be something proprietary to his machine. I think it is best to contact Allen about stuff like that. Let him troubleshoot after he has the info about your computer and everything. It could very well have to do with that.

Anyway, if there serial for Infinite Player IS there it would on www.downloadablesoundz.com in your user area and in your downloads where it says "Product Serials". Look there. If not there then contact Allen and he'll make sure you have it tomorrow.

Here's a little something for you to check out tomorrow:

The kit labeled as OWD Kit 13 Ambient on esoundz and named ipowdstkit13amb_owd.zip actually contains OWD Kit 13 Medium nkx & nkc files and displays as OWD Kit 13 Medium in IP Instruments & Multis.

Also I am getting the funny dates too. You have to right click the file and go to properties to see the 1700's date. In the Detail view of explorer the Modified date is blank.

They were doing it right up and beyond the time of the business day so... that's an easy fix. The date thing... don't know. I am just curious how/why that happened but I am pretty sure it is immaterial - the lowest priority possible. Higher priorities being the things that affect anyone of course.

Speaking of that, I loaded the Jazz kit and it's fine with the GUIs as it is. If it is looking for a TGA still then you really need to do this (and this is only for someone who downloaded over the weekend with the faulty NI info file they gave us accidentally):

First turn off Kontakt Player. Then...

Go into your Infinite Player folder and REMOVE the following files:

Studio ProFiles Infinite Player_info.nkx

and

Studio ProFiles Infinite Player_info.nkc

You MUST remove that NKC! It is a cache file for Kontakt to "remember" quickly or something like that... but it has memory of your OLD NKX! Get rid of that evil little nkc.

You can optionally also remove that INFO folder that was in there initially this weekend. You don't need it. That was there temporarily just for one little Infinite Instruments logo to show up and now that is integrated into the NEW file for graphics which is installed with the kits automatically but if you have a searching for TGA thing pop up then PLEASE remove the above and then download this and place it into the root of your Infinite Player folder. Don't worry, it will create it's OWN new NKC file the first time you load up Infinite Player.

Again, this is only for the Jazz kit if it is looking for a TGA. If not then don't even worry about it. I tried this and it worked like a CHARM for me.

playing with kit 1 here sounds great but I think i found a bug with the bass drum. Within the bass drum panel ,pan doesn't seem to work nor the volume slider, it is also not reporting and level on the bar led thingi. there seems to be a problem with send effects for the bass drum . NOt sure whats going on but so far thats all i've found , I'm running kontakt player 4 on windows 7.

Another super minor issue (possibly intentional?):

On kit 8 VDRM the Med and Low toms have their MIDI notes reversed so rolling down the toms triggers Hi, Low, Med, Lower.
