Good stuff mouxbar, but your way behind ... two entries in ahead of you! :) ... nevertheless .. cheers for the submission :)

Cheers for the positive comment on the GUI ... those dont come too often :hihi: ... and yeah, very easy to play! ... a pig could play Kyarp with its ar*e and get a tune out of it :hihi: ( ... err get a tune out of Kyarp I mean .. not it's ar*e! :) ) ... in fact, i'm wishing i'd released it for free so we could do a one-synth-Challenge with it sometime in the future ... think I may have to see how Olikana is progressing with the Any-One-Synth-Challenge :)

.. Well, just about all the prizes have been dished out ... cant remember who got what, but with a few pass-ons, the prizes handout went down to 7th placed wriggleruk .. who I'm still waiting to hear from.

Kyarp is all finished up, and a user guide written ... so I'm now ready to give out the participants prize folder link :)

All prizes from Hardcore Harmonics and Supersynths have been sent. I hope the winners enjoy them for their future musical adventures.

We have a new set of cool prizes for this next competition.

And yet another competition finale I missed thanks to the fact that the forum stops sending me notifications :x :x (MODERATORS: please, I have this problem that happens for no apparent reason now and then (often, actually), is there anything you can do? Thanks!)

Anyway: CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL THE WINNERS!!!!!!!!!      :tu: :tu:

And thank you once more (but never enough) to Tattiemannie for keeping this thing alive and making it the huge fun it is!!!!

Yes, PRIZM is ginormous - 16 gigabytes of 16 bit samples and 32 gigabytes of 24 bit samples - you get BOTH with no download time limits - PLUS a full-featured virtual instrument with groove box utilizing the wusik engine.

If anyone is interested in finding out more info, www.hardcoreharmonics.com

If you PM me and mention any of these contests and that you are interested in the PRIZM Atmospheric synth, i'll knock off $50 dollars off the MSRP as a way of saying 'thank you' to participating in these events.

If you join the Wusik group buy, you can purchase PRIZM for an additional $50 (lowest price has been reached). If you already own Wusik, then PM me, tell me that as well, and you can get PRIZM for $75!!!

Wow :-o .... thats an incredibly good offer Karmacomposer! ... very tempted to jump on that ... even if my overdraft is telling me not to! .... mind you, telling me not to do something is one of the surest ways of making me do it :hihi: .... I'll seriously think about it :) .... thanks again for your excellent support and generosity. :tu:

... and that would be a brilliant note on which to tie up this thread .. but, I have sent participants prize folder links to everyone who has submitted tracks and provided prize donations .... I dont think I've missed anyone out, but please PM me if you have not recieved the link, or you have a problem accessing the folder, or I have overlooked your contribution, or you think you deserve something in view of some other quality/deed, or cos' your dad's bigger than my dad, or .... :hihi:

I still await a response from wriggleruk re prize choice, but otherwise, I think we're done here.

So it only remains for me to say big, big thanks for a cracking contest to everyone who submitted tracks, donated prizes, submitted votes and comments, provided valuable feedback to help with future development of FNS4, and/or contributed positively to the discussion/threads in any way, big or small.... and of course to KVR for providing the ideal environment for it all to happen

... now ... bring on Rogue!! :)

http://www.x-rates.com/calculator.html and feel free not to pay via paypal, that's the easiest way not to pay someone. :hihi:

I had just a couple of minutes to check it out last night, but I definitely do love it (the core of a track came out already) :) I normally do not use sequencers, I do my sequences in real time or step by step, but this is a lot of fun, too much so not to use it!! The one thing I'd add - but I don't know if that's technically possible - is the possibility to record the seqd notes as midi, so that you can edit them as blocks. Would that be doable? In any case, that's lovely even so, so no big deal - in fact, a big THANK YOU for it! :)
I think the track that's coming out will feature both this and FnS, actually :)

Hey, that was my idea! The least you can do now is not give me 30% of what he will not send you! :hihi:

Hey, thanks, but you know I'm a sucker for compliments and as soon as someone pays me one, I give him a track and he regrets it immediately

"All wrong" from "Black Light" (2005) - I still consider this my best work in terms of sequences. Boring for most, though...
