The files did disappear for a brief moment but they are back now. Refresh your page and you should see them

I'm sorry to say, but I'm still not seeing my re-appear.

Not sure what I mean? I mean ther will be nothing to Dl today...it's 7:18 PM where I am at and there is nothing new in my DL folder, Thats what I mean!Squids wrote:? Not sure what you mean. We're talking about the phase 3 options for picking EZ Player Pro and/or A Multitrack kit from DM2 plus another MT kit. Has nothing to do with people that have DM1 stuff.
I am going to be flying in a bit here. If you have questions guys and I am not here to answer you can email allen (at) esoundz (dot) com. He is staying back and will not be at NAMM. But he'll be short staffed in support this week. Next week will be better.
Anyway they'll solve the delivery. I'm really sorry about this. It was the added extras during the group buy that made it hard. You have to remember that at one point we only expected 200 people to join! There weren't so many extras and it was easy to deliver. With 800+ people and all the added extras it should have been okay too except there were some issues with the site being able to do it (like for instance a product can't spit out TWO redeem codes... not until that is modified hopefully today or another work around is done). Next time we will try to account better for how we can deliver so many extra options... or just make it simpler somehow perhaps with less "options" because trying to please everyone makes it 10 times harder.
Not a big deal...but I did not think what I was saying was hard to understand, sorry...I know you are under a lot of pressure..ill check back again tomarrow..hopefully there will be some new goodies to DL

For what it's worth, I wasn't sure what you meant either, and I'm even under any pressure at alljarrydee wrote:Not sure what I mean? I mean ther will be nothing to Dl today...it's 7:18 PM where I am at and there is nothing new in my DL folder, Thats what I mean!

Hi,
sorry if this question has been asked before, I read half of the big group buy thread but 240 pages is just too much
I took part in the group buy and a friend of mine too after I recommended it to him. He's not that much into computer stuff so I promised to help him figure about install procedure and list of stuff to download. In fact I wanted to give him all the stuff I downloaded via harddrive, that's one time less for the servers and saves him 20 GB of bandwidth usage. Now I saw that some of the zip files have my esoundz-username attached. Do they contain any information that is linked to my account or could I just give him the sound files I downloaded from my account and it will be the same as if he would have downloaded from his?
Thanks,
V

Sorry, but he needs to download his own files. Redistribution of the sounds is forbidden in the Sonic Reality EULA and you would be breaching the terms of that Licence Agreement.Surphaze wrote:I took part in the group buy and a friend of mine too after I recommended it to him. Thanks. I'm not sure if this falls under "redistribution". I mean, technically it might but in the end, if the files are the same, it's a win for everybody if I download for both of us. As long as Sonic Reality doesn't have a problem with it for some reason but if the files are the same it wouldn't make any difference to them apart from sparing their servers get 20 GB less traffic.DarkStar wrote:Sorry, but he needs to download his own files. If, on the other hand, the files differ per user account, I wouldn't like to spread my personal copy around even to someone who bought the license as well.
In the end I will probably anyway download the stuff for him, I have his account data and I paid his copy from my PayPal account and I will install the stuff for him so I could as well put it like this: I bought two copies in the GroupBuy to install on two different computers. Do I have to download twice or can I download once and just use a different Serial for each installation?
Best,
V

Best to download it twice - once from your account and once from his so there is a record of it. Make sure he has his own separate serial for Infinite Player.

I woke up to three new files to download from eSoundz, but no new redeem codes and no choices. I guess that means Phase 3 didn't quite go to plan. What is the ETA for the rest of Phase 3 please?

Alright. Thx.Squids wrote:Best to download it twice - once from your account and once from his so there is a record of it.
Uh, another 20 GB
Out of curiosity: What difference will the record make? If he's asked for a legal license, he has an account an a serial on his name.
Well of course, I'm not gonna give my serial away;-)Squids wrote:Make sure he has his own separate serial for Infinite Player.
