So with the release of Logic 9.1 we developers finally have a reason to start supporting native 64 bit plug-ins.
It seems many developers are using this as an excuse to drop support for PowerPC Macs, simply to cut down on the number of versions of each plug-in that has to be maintained, tested and supported.
So my question is, is that OK for Expert Sleepers to do?
Poll: are you using a PPC Mac (G4/G5) with Expert Sleepers plug-ins?

I guess its hard to decide but there would be a good number of Users still using older macs as being macs and not windows they still function quite well. You will have to make a decision sooner rather than later to drop PPC support as users will eventually want other plugs that only run on intel Macs so they will upgrade to a new mac and then grab there intel versions of your plugs if they own them to run on there new system.either way you keep your customer base as well as adding new folks. so i guess its ok but the question is when?

I occasionally use my G4, but it's becoming more & more rare. So I could live without it. Most of the time.
