Yeah. As I suspected, this rolls AmpliTube 2, Jimi Hendrix Edition, and Metal all into one upgrade. So there should be additional savings for people who own two of the above, and even more savings for people who own all three.poonna wrote:It would be really great if there are also different upgrade prices for people who own only 1 AmpliTube products, and those who own 2 AmpliTube products, or more... or something like that.

Ah well... I can only tease so much. This one was harder because of those leaks. AmpliTube Jazz though... guess it'll have to wait.hibidy wrote:Ha! I guessed it second page of your "I love gear" threadSquids wrote:Who said anything about AT3?![]()
I'll bet ONE SHINY us dollar that it's AT3, and I guessed it first
Roll on AmpliTube THREE!
So, the modeling has gotten even better. The new copper top AC30 is SICK! I happen to like the previous one but it wasn't as ballsy as my personal AC30 is. Each one does sound different so I am not getting rid of my AC30 just yet (well actually I might). AT3 has a lot more gear in it and the bass amps alone are ridiculous! The LESLIE is worth the price alone. You can drive that thing with any of the amps. FINALLY... I am a huge Leslie fan.
Anyway, you can pre-order it on www.esoundz.com in a few hours. Get if from us if you're an esoundz customer. We give away a free RAW title called Hard Rock Grooves that is fun and we'll have some other bonuses not even mentioned coming as well. Plus a great price.

Peter - the product literature says 51 stomp effects.
The AmpliTube 2 and Metal delays are identical, as are the Opto-tremolos in AT2 and JHE.
Have those been consolidated into one pedal now, or does that 51 figure include duplicate delays and opto-trems?
What about the FuzzFace models?
Are there still two of them (vintage & reissue) since the AT2 and JHE ones are different?

no hate at all. it looks great, but i bet the pricing situation is going to piss people off. not me, i jumped ship a long time ago. but i can already feel this exploding.Stupid American Pig wrote:I was wondering when FFC was going to add his obligatory I hate IK message
the only other thing i have to say is be careful with your pre-order money. ik will not deliver this in february. i think that's fair to say. i don't know a single ik product that came out in a promised time frame.
anyway, i'm jealous of the graphics. nothing i use looks that inspired and i'm glad they re-did the vox. the old one is as bad as the original fuzzface, which is just horrible. good for it's time i guess, but horrible now.

Quickly from my phone... There IS an upgrade path, different from before and we have been pretty dang good about dates so if there's a preorder incentive and folks don't decide to take it I suppose that's something that may end up costing a few bucks more due to doubt...

The upgrade path don't help me much,I joined the group buy + bought AT Hendrix to have them all.Getting this means ATJH was merely a donation to IK.There should be another upgrade price for people who have everything.

Shhh...don't ruin it. This is the first time IK has offered an upgrade pricing of any kind instead of the normal crossgrades. I for one, have been among the most critical of IKMM for not having offered upgrades in the past, and I'm very pleased with this development. Could it be better for people who own everything? Sure, I suppose (I'm in that camp myself). But I don't think the upgrade is bad at all.ynot wrote:The upgrade path don't help me much,I joined the group buy + bought AT Hendrix to have them all.Getting this means ATJH was merely a donation to IK.There should be another upgrade price for people who have everything.

It's true dude. T-Racks 3 was on time. Metal was on time. I'm pretty sure ATJHE was on time too. They've gotten much better.fanfarecircuit wrote:Peter - IK Multimedia wrote:we have been pretty dang good about dates
