Some quick impressions and possibly a bug found.

Very impressive this Drumatrix!! I like the sound creation possibilities A LOT! Some critique: many of the presets are VERY loud.. peaking way WAY over 0dBFS causing nasty distortion on this cheap laptop.

possible bug: FL Studio version does NOT react at all to the channel volume control (the volume knob left of the inserted instance in the step sequencer). This is a first. I've never encountered a synth plugin of any kind where this control didn't work. Is this a bug or intentional?

wish: please create a separate "mini" plugin of the limiter section of drumatrix for FL Studio (or is it already available?)! I quite like it. :D

Seriously, I like it, but not really as an acoustic drum emulator. It sounds like a synth drum machine to me, but a pretty good one. 8)

BTW, I've run it in Tracktion 2 on a Win XP single core Athlon system with no problems so far.

I'd buy it for 9 bucks, but without really changing the drum synths, its not strong enough nor weak enough, its real average. I don't think I'd ever use it. Cpu is way too high.

I'd name it the Filabuster, in memory of past Christmases.

I had the exact same experience as Krism:

Macbook Pro 2.5GHZ Penryn, 512MB Video, 4GB RAM, 300GB HD, last model before the unibody. OSX 10.6.2

Ableton Live 8.1.1
VST Crashes, then Live ignores it on the next load up, the Audio Unit crashes when you click the preset arrow.

I really hope you get this stable soon, I will gladly buy it; because it sounds really amazing. IT will compliment Microtonic really nicely. With This, Microtonic, D16 909 808 and 606, plus NI Machine. who would ever need a machinedrum. Even though I still lust for one :)
