Problem with current RMV download?

Am I the only one who has had trouble downloading the 21mb RMV 5.05 DMG from the full version web page?

Every time I try it fails - both with Safari and Firefox.

Is it just me?

I downloaded it about 5 days ago from the US mirror without any problems in FireFox. Did you try both the EU and US mirrors?

EDIT: Forgot there wasn't a mirror for the installer. I just tried right now and clicked on the Mac 5.0.5 installer and it fired up the download box for me without a problem.

I tried it today from work - IE on Windoze, and it seemed to work just fine.
Of course, being the idiot I am, I forgot to bring home the USB stick with the .dmg file on it.

So I tried again from home. When I try it from home using either Safari or Firefox (on my Mac) it comes up with the same error - "...because the source file could not be read....".

It either does that or it comes up with a page that says "The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading."

Weird.

That is weird indeed. I'm glad you at least found a workaround. Bring that USB stick home from work tomorrow!

could be a problem of your firewall at home
