Confirmed. If you go to the store, click on your country and go through to where you buy the upgrade/crossgrade/full version there are two portals you can enter through. One is download, the other is boxed.

Prices seem to be the same.

Apparently some audio file names were changed, you may need to clear cache/restart browser/all that jazz.
