Trying to figure out this "riff"

I'm analyzing this song, and I got every part figured out except for this little thingy:

The verse ends in C major and then the guitarist does that riff (don't know if it's the right term..)

On guitar I think its G string fret 3,G string fret 2 with high E fret 1,open G with B string fret 4, D string fret 3 with B string fret 3

To me, it sounds like F/Bb (Bb C F A), Eb (G Bb Eb), Bb (F Bb D).

I agree with psenior, except I hear Bb as like a drone (held note) over which is played A and F together, then G and Eb, then F and D. so that's basically what he said, but : Bbmaj7(no 3), then Eb/Bb, then Bb.
