I checked and unfortunately you cannot. EDIT - see my subsequent response to clarify and correct this.redshift factor wrote:Peter, can you use multiple StealthPedals with multiple AmpliTube instances at the same time in the same project?
For example, recording 2 guitarists jamming live in a multitracker, each with their own AmpliTube VST instance, and each with their own StealthPedal - one controlling a wah, the other a UniVibe in their respective stomp chains.

I will check, but I haven't seen anything yet on this. Will Wadecker wrote:Peter,Peter - IK Multimedia wrote:Also, just a nice addition to the site if anybody wants to know - the AmpliTube 3 Pedal was added today... coming soonhttp://www.ikmultimedia.com/amplitube/versions/
Will there be a preorder/upgrade option for the AmpliTube 3 + Pedal package?

Perhaps something to include in AmpliTube 3.1?Peter - IK Multimedia wrote:I checked and unfortunately you cannot.redshift factor wrote:Peter, can you use multiple StealthPedals with multiple AmpliTube instances at the same time in the same project?

I'm going to be recording my band live in a mic-free studio, with everyone playing through AmpliTube 3 in realtime. I was going to get 2 more StealthPedals. It looks like I'm going to have to get something else instead.

I did miss a possibility here, sorry about that - you can use 1 StealthPedal to record two independent instruments (i.e. 1 guitar and 1 bass) using STEREO IN and a rig with stereo IN routed to 2 separate rigs --> A (guitar) and B (bass) in this example. So yes, with AmpliTube 3 and StealthPedal recording two instruments with two separate/different settings WILL be possible just not exactly as you described. But cheaper!redshift factor wrote: Perhaps something to include in AmpliTube 3.1?

I just found out there will be, the same $50 coupon code will apply to the AmpliTube 3 Pedal as well! Will Wadecker wrote:Peter,Peter - IK Multimedia wrote:Also, just a nice addition to the site if anybody wants to know - the AmpliTube 3 Pedal was added today... coming soonhttp://www.ikmultimedia.com/amplitube/versions/

Peter, I'm talking about using two or more StealthPedals as MIDI controllers only. Audio input will be something different completely. Is this still impossible?

Sorry if this has already been asked, but I couldn't find a definitive answer (or have missed it) in this thread.
Does IK allow for JamPoints and the email promo code to be used together when pre-ordering the upgrade?
If yes - is €55 the maximum amount of JamPoints that can be used (half of the €110 promo price I get with the coupon)?
If not - is €75 the right maximum amount of JamPoints to use (half of the €150 standard upgrade price)?

You cannot combine the promo coupon with JamPoints so the maximum JamPoints would be 50% of the price. Thanks!

Peter, I was playing my JC-120 the other day, and a thought occurred to me:
The AT3 Jazz Amp-120 amp model which contains the chorus module appears to be mono, even though the JC-120's chorus is stereo. I would think that it would have been better to use VRM to model the chorus in stereo in the cab section instead, similar to the Leslie cabinet.
Am I correct in my assumtion that the Jazz Amp-120's chorus is mono?
If so, I guess it's probably too late to do anything about that.

I think you'll have the same problem hooking up more than one of any audio interface except for some ones like the MOTU 828 that are designed to be piggy-backed. Your best bet if you need 3 mono inputs is to look for an audio interface that has them and use dedicated midi controllers for real time control if you need it. That'll also probably be a much cheaper route as 3 StealthPedals will run you $600 and an audio interface that'll do what you want will probably run you about $400.Peter - IK Multimedia wrote:I did miss a possibility here, sorry about that - you can use 1 StealthPedal to record two independent instruments (i.e. 1 guitar and 1 bass) using STEREO IN and a rig with stereo IN routed to 2 separate rigs --> A (guitar) and B (bass) in this example. Yeah, I was only looking to use the StealthPedals as MIDI controllers only.
That's what I'm (still) looking for clarification on.
I am aware of the shortcoming of ASIO that prevents you from using multiple audio devices.
Like MOTU, Presonus FireStudio interfaces also can be daisy-chained with up to 4 units through a unified driver.
Incidentally, I may use 3 of those for 3 separate virtual amp stations.
Each station will have its own active loudspeaker playing back the guitarist's own isolated virtual amp output in realtime.
My objective is to capture the live energy and interaction, but with isolated studio quality.

Can amplitube store presets for individual components? I like with NI guitar rig you can load a preset for each pedal or rack unit but I've playing with the amplitube fender demo and can't find that feature, am I missing something here?
whoops Squidz already answered yes and I just found it on the amplitube page "Additionally presets now can be saved for a single model simply by right clicking on it." great feature

In all the hype around this release, I never thought of looking into that. It's been a feature I've wanted for a while. This is going to be a huge help to me.maximilians1 wrote:Can amplitube store presets for individual components?
