And he's a guy that has the tendency to have some vision :D
During last week's town hall, Jobs also took a swipe at Adobe Flash - still absent from the iPhone and apparently absent from the iPad as well. "They are lazy," Jobs allegedly said of Adobe. They have all this potential to do interesting things, but they just refuse to do it...Apple does not support Flash because it is so buggy...

"Whenever a Mac crashes more often than not it's because of Flash. No one will be using Flash...The world is moving to HTML5."
:tu:
Firstly Macs never crash do they?

Secondly, the world is apparently not moving away from Flash (see links posted above).

However many times Steve Jobs says something doesn't make it true. Talking down Flash - and the competition in general - is not going to make it go away.

We'll see about that :P

btw, the only think that crashed on my Mac these days is Firefox.
I wonder what crashes Firefox?

I've heard very differently from many people, me and many of my colleagues included. We only use PC in the office.

But it's the addons, isn't it? :tu:

I'll have to tell my colleagues that they've spent years misdiagnosing all those Mac problems, and that everything has been Flash all along.

Finally! We're all starting to make sense here!
Flash also causes global warming. I'm not sure how but it's got something to do with Google.

I heard that the Flash plugin is how the NWO communicate with the RFID tags they're implanting in everyone.

You know, a while back I fell asleep for no apparent reason after a night out in the pub and having a few glasses of whiskey, among others, and when I woke up I had an itch on my arm, just where the skin had gone red and slightly bumpy, a bit like a mosquito bite. I developed a taste for daytime television just around the same time.

Coincidence? I think not..

I don't get what exactly you want to do.

I think its what he wants not to do. ie not have to move back and forwards from where the equipment for playing is to where the equipment for recording is every time he wants to initiate, cease or configure the recording of what he's playing.

He'll use the iPad as remote control.

Yes, that's of course one thing, where it might come in handy.

I have to say that while I may be an Apple fanboy, the iPad sucks. It's basically just a big screen iPod Touch. Not putting OS X on it was a big mistake.

So no conclusions yet regarding the unfortunately named iPad?
