Squids,

It has to be close to a year since your first tease on sampling Mike's 6 string baritone (bass) at the farm. Where oh where is the sample set? My RICK samples just DON'T cut it for THAT SOUND!!!!!!

Please, take a few hours and get this product available. I will PRE-ORDER right now. :)

I have all of the kit pieces from you already in VOL ONE (Nick D, etc) from one of your earlier offerings. Is there going to be a break in price to get these kits in the MULTI setup in Drum Masters 2. It appears that there are more mics (or ambience) in DM2 then just the samples I purchased awhile ago.

In other words, these same kits sound 100% better than the earlier stuff. I listened to the demos and all I can say is "Good Job" on putting this product together.

I'll answer both your questions in here to keep the other thread more interactive regarding how Drum Masters 2 works instead of more general questions such as this.

To answer, the previous version Stereo kits from Drum Masters will have a FREE update with the new patches that have the new scripts.

The ADDITIONAL samples and convolution room impulses are part of a paid upgrade that will be possible soon. Optional of course.

The Micro Frets bass... that's part of a whole Nick Davis Farm Studio Collection that will be available some time this year for the Infinite Player. I don't know when but I do know that other things have to be completed first.

Thanks for the response Dave. Not what I wanted to hear about the Microfrets but at least some hope. I will delete my other message in the interactive thread to help keep it clean.

Already done. As far as the Micro Frets bass - I understand you're anxious for it. I am looking forward to having it playable myself. But of course from a business standpoint something that only one person is asking for cannot possibly be a priority. Most people don't even know what it is. I am sure there will be people pleasantly surprised by it when it IS released though. A very nice instrument indeed.

Yeah. I have no idea what it is, but I'm curious and interested. Since I don't really know what I am missing, I will be able to maintain my patience. It sounds cool though.
