2050 Strange Latency Behavior

i'm running M-Audio FastTrack Pro USB with Windows 7 x64 drivers and all has been working fine with Cantabile Performer 2049. I only run midi through the device at the moment and keep latency all the way down to 128. After upgrading to Cantabile build 2050 I've noticed the latency settings on my FastTrack Pro audio control panel keep getting moved up to 4096. When I change the latency settings in Cantabile back down to 128, the FastTrack Pro latency setting changes, but moments later they both change back to 4096. On some occassions it stays at 128 for a while, then goes back up again. Seemingly no way to reliable keep it at 128. I've downgraded back down to 2049 and seems to work fine again. Any ideas?

Brad is currently working on fixes.
Did you try the last experimental build 2050? It fixed another issue I found with DirectX audio. Maybe it already fixes what you've found either.
In the short run you did the right and recommended thing - going back to build 2049.
You just should send a mail to Topten as mails will be processed faster than notes in the forum here...

I've had one other report of this, but haven't been able to reproduce it here yet. Could I get you to please create a debug log and send it to me. See http://www.cantabilesoftware.com/support/debug.html for information how to do this. Leave logging at level 2, restart Cantabile and reproduce the problem a couple of times. Send me the log file (see http://www.cantabilesoftware.com/contact) and I'll look into it.
