For some reason Redline Monitor makes the output 6 db + louder when put on the master in Mulab.
It creates unpleasant clipping artefacts and I cant hear what any of the parameters are doing if the audio is not put in extreme stereo.
Does anybody have the same issue as me?

It makes the output a bit louder by it's nature and there's the dim button for that, I think it makes the output -3db quieter though I find it's sometimes not enough .. I hope they will add a button to make it even quieter, -6db or so ... I really think it is actually quite necessary!

Check out their forums. Others (including myself) are having the same problem w/ v1.0.3. I have it happen in Logic and Live.

The bug is fixed and a maintenance release is basically ready. I'm currently on a short trip but the first week of March shd see the update.
Take care,
