I have a quick question. The Rainbow folder includes a special file to be installed with FL Studio (Fruityloops) version 3. Do I need to "install" this file with Fl Studio 9? Thank you again!

You can use the patched file, it won't make Rainbow work worse. It is only needed if you experience OSC2 level being reset to 0 every time you load a song where Rainbow is used.
