Is there a need to un-install any current Amplitube products before installing AT3?

I uninstalled X-gear, since I no longer need it.jrsunshine wrote:Is there a need to un-install any current Amplitube products before installing AT3?
Kept AT Fender and AT SVX installed, and have access to them from AT3.
So the answer is no.

Correct. No need to uninstall. In fact you'd probably want to keep the other versions for projects in which you've used the plugins. Feel free to compare to the remastered models and such, you might end up replacing things though

At some point today, you'll be getting an email with instructions on how to authorize. In the meantime, download the demo. It's fully functioning for 10 days and can be fully authorized. This means you can play with it without restriction until your email arrives.esteso wrote:Is it supposed to be in my download account? It's not. I seem to be a tad impatient over this>
Thanks

It is a perfect match for a pair of polyester golf slacks I had from the late 70's.
On second thought I would hate to remove what must be a prized family heirloom so just go ahead and pass it on
