Just got my first cheap acoustic guitar, it's way confusing to tune it and stuff. Though I like fiddling with it...
I hope I'll be bashing the new Amplitube with an electric as soon as possible

Holy shit! This thing sound incredible. I've only used it for a half an hour but what I did was go into my old amp2 user presets to get a quick impression and my impression is ........... unbelievable. I assume it's using the new technology for the old presets, I mean it would have to wouldn't it?

It's so much more alive and deep, it's really a whole new animal. I'm going to have to go in and tweak my old presets and bring the presence and treble down. (a lot) this thing is tearing my head off! Well I guess I could turn it down but I don't want to.

I wish there was a way to bring this to my gig tomorrow night but I fear for my laptop's safety in a rowdy bar. Not the patrons so much but the band is pretty wild.

Are you there? Apparently no one else is at IK. I never got an email with a link to my AT3 download purchase (pre-oredered last month). Any insights?

Since Peter's not here at the moment, did you log into your IK account and see if it was available for download?

They may have made it available but didn't send you an email.

It's worth tyring, I guess.

Yeah, I tried that--nothing under either my downloads page or authorizations page. Very annoying. I emailed them, no reply...I called them, and finally after 2-3 tries someone answered but seemed to do their best to get me off the phone with some excuse to the extent of "Yeah, I just emailed all the download link messages--you should get it in a couple of minutes." Yeah, right. Nothing.

Thanks for your help, though, jsp...wish YOU worked at IK!

May I suggest that you download the demo until you get your e-mail? That way you will at least be able to check it out

Yeah, I did manage to find that the demo was up, so I'll definitely do that. It's just infuriating that suddenly I've disappeared from IK's view. I only own about 15 of their products...

I can understand that frustration, but even though IK is most likely SWAMPED right now, I'll bet it gets taken care of pretty soon

I completely understand your frustration, and I didn't mean to come across as rude or anything. Merely trying to offer some solution while your waiting.

After a couple of hours of testing, I must say that I'm totally blown away by this product! I'm absolutely sure that when get some more time getting to know it and some tweaking time, I will get excellent results.

Until now, I have used AT Fender for cleans and (God forbid) Revalver MKIII (with Red wire impulses loaded in the DAW) for over-the-top gain. I think it's already safe to say that I won't be using Revalver anymore.

You've got yourself a winner in this product, Peter
