Got it authorized, and it runs perfectly. Great sounds, from what I've been able to tell so far.
But that dust red (hell from Mars) color scheme in the standalone version has got to be changed. Or at LEAST give us an option....
(Of course, I may be the only one that feels this way...)

I'm on OS 10.6.2 and an Ultralite mk3 (latest MOTU drivers) running the AU in Live 8. No problems here.tntgraham wrote:Well, It sounds great when its working. When I try to change presets a couple of times, it shuts down my whole audio system. I have to restart. Stand alone does not work at all. Using DP and an ultralite, with mac 10.2.6.
Will try again later. Probably a bug. Anyone else having problems.

Got the Stand alone working. The Jazzamp 120 crashes my audio every time while in Digital performer.
Jazzamp 120 works in standalone just fine, so I dont get it, weird huh. Other than that, It sounds good and I havent had time to try much else.

Anyone having problems with certain things? First of all, I get no sound from the new Mesa MKIII Lead amp and also the VOX TB Copper face amp. They load when I select them, but all I get are a pop and a reverb click sound as soon as they load up, but nothing after that.
I had an error with the standalone version when I changed my audio settings on my Stealth Pedal (plus I still have not got that interface to work right in a some what low latency playable mode without crackles/pops/dropout/crashing). Now I can't even start the standalone version again, it just resorts to a Microsoft program error box and asks if I'd like to send a report etc...
I am running Win XP SP2 32bit on a 3 year old 3ghz core2duo with 4 gig RAM, and IK's own Stealth Pedal. Ableton Live 6 is my defualt host. I do have an M-Audio Mobile Pre interface installed too, that I can test on (which I know will work without problems). I would like to know IK's magic computer setup that gets thier products to work without a hitch.
Anyway, I have not gone through all the amps yet. But what I hear so far is awesome. Man that Orange amp rocks. Running OD/Dist pedals through the transparent Roland amp is real nice. The cab section plus the Leslie is simply amazing. And the little things like being able to drag and drop, make it so much better.

Even the older presets (carried over from previous versions) are "LOADS better this time round"Amberience wrote:Have to say; the presets are LOADS better this time round.

Hi Peeps,
Well, First of all I'm impressed as hell with this piece of software, Just got my copy (as a birthday present!) installed and authorized, everything is great, JCM 800 is beyond imagination IMHO, very tight and gluey, beefy and tasty, Also that Orange Amp + Ambass'dor are working great together, Well I think IK applied the Fender's Advanced Algorithms to all the previous models in AT2 and while it works almost great on everything (Tighter and Beefier sound) but I think it changed something as well, For example I used to have a very Rounded Sound on both "American Tube Clean 1&2" in AT2 which is lost now, And if I remember right when Fender released Someone else also mentioned the same thing about the Fender amps that are tighter and the reason people and I think someone from IK (probably Squids) brought up was that IK modeled all the models in AT Fender from the current Fender Production line, they said the reason is that the current actual fender amps which IK modeled them sounds more tight and aggressive, In that time I could use the amps from both AT2 which were obviously more rounded and from AT Fender which are more Tight and aggressive, But now I have lost the Rounded sounds from Fender amps in AT2 which is not good IMHO.. Well I think they did a great job and maybe I'm wrong, But to my ears the Fender amps in AT2 does not have that Rounded sounds anymore.
Btw Sorry for my bad English

It should have been in the folder that has the AT3 installer. It's a separate PDFKingtal wrote:Can anyone tell me where to find the AT3 manual? It didn't seem to come as part of the download.

Couldn't find it there. Nor could I find it using the spotlight function on my iMac. Nor is it in the usual folder that IK multimedia puts the manual into for other products I own eg stealthpedal, Hendrix, Fender etc
