As of the organisation within the banks I could sort all banks in the same manner:
1 - 16 = Kicks,
17 - 32 = HiHats,
33 - 46 = Snares,
47 - 52 = Toms,
53 - 62 = Cymbals,
63 - 66 = Tambourines,
67 - 75 = Shaker, Maracas etc.,
76 - 80 = Rattles,
81 - 100 = Ethnic perc (Tabla, Udu etc.),
101 - 105 = Blips, Claps,
106 - 111 Conga, Bongo,
112 - 128 various percussion.
So switching to next bank will give you related sounds, though this might change with further additions.
cheers

Oh.. There is my 4 preset at percumat2!!
at last, debby have debut at world class. Thanks Fortune.. really I am glorious.
today was not bad.. I am going to change kick for new version at this evening.
but, It seems not easy. first sample was not bad.
I have checked 0.9j version again. There is no noise when I press key
and, There is noise only when I off the key so early. so this is a release problem. really, this is a mistery.
- There was also a noise when midi note is very short like 1/32.
but, I don't know why some other samples are fine.

Here it is Percumat 2
Please get from my download page:
http://www.hgf-synthesizer.de/se/dl/prdl.html
On this page you'll find more info and a demo track on the bottom of the page:
http://www.hgf-synthesizer.de/se/Percumat/Percumat.html
Some additional help wanted:
Many of the instrument names are like Kick 12 or Shaker 4 - this is not very descriptive. If there is somebody willing to turn these names into appropriate and catchy names he/she will get one HGFortune VSTi Synth of choice for free. Just contact me via mail, thanks.
have fun
HG

This Instrument is a great piece of development. I think more people should hear about it and see how it compares with other drum sequencers. As of late many are interested in Drumaxx and Tattoo but here in Percumat2 we find many things that these more comercial offerings don't have. If you like drums then don't miss this one! Congratulations HG. 5 stars! LK

I was a little bit disappointed when the trigger via MIDI keys was removed as this drum synth has some great sounds, but I believe that Percumat 2 is better for it. With this synth I am now using only HG Fortune synths for the music I like to create, I don't need any others. This is one heck of great drum synth. Thanks for the great work HG Fortune. I have bought a few of your other synths and I also have a couple of the free synths. But I will definitely make a donation for this synth.

I heartily agree with the above quote. Also, it is nice to see lucknow13 posting in this thread as he/she had contributed so much to the previous incarnation of LP (in the way of presets). Those contributions were appreciated and I look forward to any future efforts involving LP2.lucknow13 wrote:This Instrument is a great piece of development. Now for the critical part of my post.
I was surprised/disappointed to find that LP2 does not have individual outs for each of the 6 drum parts. This would definitely make LP2 (more) usable for me in projects. This may or may not be an unreasonable request.

H.G. you are an Ambient Master. you hit on the spot one more time.
Wow, I just tried Percumat, and I found it perfect for Ambient rhythmic design.
Peace,
Alex.

Thanks for the comments so far.
As of the MIDI key triggering I ran into some strange trouble that was not to be solved in short. THus it was advisable to remove the feature for now until I'll have it work safe.
The request for single / indiv. outs has been added to the list of possible features for next update.
cheers

You see the prob involved with this is putting a switch for this on the GUI without the need of reworking the GUI just because of this. In the current state of the GUI there is simply no real place for such a button to fit in.bobsled wrote:I appreciate your willingness to consider the feature request.Fortune wrote:The request for single / indiv. outs has been added to the list of possible features for next update.
Maybe I go for different solution not requiring an overall button but partwise buttons with the 6th part using normal stereo out as I've got only 12 outs. Such a solution with a small button can be added to each part without requiring much changes on the GUI.
We'll see ...

Your "different solution" sounds like an interesting concept, something unique to the plugin. An elegant solution offering more flexibility than a master switch.
I did have a suggestion toward the addition of an overall button. I do not presume to change your donation-ware system, but perhaps those who do donate could receive a gui with the overall switch replacing the donate button (or some such).
Anyway, thanks again for considering the feature request.

This is what I was thinking: even more flexibility without 'spoiling' the GUIbobsled wrote:Your "different solution" sounds like an interesting concept, something unique to the plugin. An elegant solution offering more flexibility than a master switch.
Hopefully I can do this as global buttons so a setting will be valid for all patches. Maybe one button can even serve as 'Master' as for slot 6 no button would be required actually ... but I've to look into this ... later ... as I'm busy with something else right now.
not such a good idea, as that button would be completely without context to it's related function. This is ok for that Donate and SF2 button (hardly used anyway) but a single out switch should be next to it's related feature.bobsled wrote: I did have a suggestion toward the addition of an overall button.
