Not on the plugin itself, but there's one on the channel settings window for each step sequencer channel in FL.

Isn't there a way to set selective channel's pitch(bend) without affecting other channels?

No, not that I know. Except maybe by using the VSTi version of the plugin (when possible) and having a MIDI Out with a pitch bend control.
