I just got my T-Racks serial,
followed the instructions and registered with IK Multimedia.
now where is this alleged "Multibox" icon?
I've looked through every page of my user area and i can't find it.

When the student is ready, the multibox will appear.TheDriller wrote:now where is this alleged "Multibox" icon?
All seriousness aside, shouldn't you just be able to download the T-Racks single of your choice, install it, launch it, and when the nag screen pops up pop in your T-Racks serial # and complete your authorization process using the IK website?

I got a new serial number in my account as well - not sure what to do with it however. Eagerly awaiting a squids sighting.TheDriller wrote:I just got my T-Racks serial,

then user area includes "Multibox" icon, which leads to selection of product from a drop-down list
Cheers

Maybe I'm blind or something but there's no multibox icon though, had the same issue the last time with the Tracks group buy. Took a day or so to appear after I registered my serial code.
Thanks for the freebie though
and the AT3 fun, the orange amps sound hot !!!
Thanks for the freebie though

Mine was there right after I got a confirmation email from IK (in seconds after registration). Should be there on your user area second or third from the top... (Try logging out and in?)7seconds wrote:Tried the above directions. After registering my product there is still no 'multi-box' link that I can see. Any ideas?
If not after some hours or a day, I'm sure IK support can help.
Generally speaking, for all who are asking, detailed instructions of getting the T-Racks Single of your choice are there at the top of your esoundz user area.

hehe, there is another one of these threads going on just in case nobody knew:

I'll second the trying demos idea, and raise you an "opto comp" as being probably the most useful for most people as an all-rounder.
