I dont see a multibox either
after doing the product registration, using the s/n supplied
if you click "user area", there is "Multi box" between Accounts and authorisations in the horizontal toolbar. You do not see multibox I think until you enter the s/n.

yes it is too complicated

When the student is ready, the multibox will appear.

All seriousness aside, shouldn't you just be able to download the T-Racks single of your choice, install it, launch it, and when the nag screen pops up pop in your T-Racks serial # and complete your authorization process using the IK website?
nope, according to a post on the previous page this is not the case.
Mine was due to an error on the site side. I had to contact support to get it authorized. Now I'm using the one I got from esoundz and again I have no multibox. Something must be borked with their system.

Trying to think of something good to follow this - but I just can't! :clown:

Ladies and Gentlemen, we have multibox!!!

Very slick registration process... and now I can enjoy my Opto Compressory goodness without the demo-timed-out static (which, admittedly, even Amplitube 3 can make sound cool).

Well it went semi smooth for me.

I've been logged in to IK for awhile. (it recognizes me when I open the site)
Found the multibox > entered the Ser #, installed and ran the plug >> so far so good.
Clicked through the registration from my Daw and where I usually go straight in it demanded user name and PW.
( cookies are enabled)

Put in user name and PW. Doesnt accept it, Repeat rinse repeat and then input email to get user name and PW sent to me..

Copy info sent to my email addy and SURPRISE SURPISE. they dont work!

IK website and registration is a cluster f**k

So I've followed all the instructions, yet the T-Racks single is not in my IK.com downloads. Updates to every other IK product I own are in there, but not the T-Racks single.

This whole experience is way more of a pain than it should have been, not to mention that I never got a single email from IK or esoundz throughout this entire process, letting me know that AT3 was out, or that the T-Racks single was available for download.

How am I supposed to download this if it doesn't show up in my downloads?

It takes a little while. In the meantime just download the demo and install it. Authorize it with the serial number you got after choosing your single in the multibox.

I agree, the communication could have been better. But I'm more than happy doing a little legwork to get a free plug. And, I guess, that's what user communities like KVR are for.. to share that knowledge.

Download the demo of the T-Racks single or AT3? Because I'm waiting for the actual delivery of my AT3 before I install that. Is there a demo of each single?

I agree, it just occurs to me that people who aren't aware of this forum would be completely in the dark on this whole thing. They can't just assume people are on this forum to get that info.

Yeh I love the freebies and products from IK BUT the web site and access to the registration, authorization, account and user info are a mine field for many people

You would expect better from the people that give us some great products like AT3, T racks and ST.

Correct. Download the T-Racks single demo from the IK Multimedia site and every time you launch it, the Authorization nag screen will come up in your DAW. Use the Serial # you got from the multibox on the IK website (NOT the serial number on esoundz which you used to activate the multibox) and authorize it using that pop-up nag screen in your DAW as per usual IK procedure (Serial # + Digital ID = Auth Code).

T-Racks demos can be found here: http://www.ikmultimedia.com/trsingles/download/

Alright, I'll try that. Thanks.
