We can't load external color schemes at the moment - this limits our ability to "outsource" color scheme design.

Slope=4.5 is just for a convenience - it's closer to slope of modern songs. For acoustical music a slope around 6 would be even better.

2 "view" suggestions

freq area filled in with color (+ a small transparency for the background guidelines)

freq area with vertical lines

It is great as it is anyway but these 2 views help the eye more imo

I agree on filled area - this mode may be implemented in the future (please do not expect this to be soon), but the bar view is too heavy too look at.

Let me suggest to implement the ability to save spectrum displays, for overlaying with another spectrum at a later time. (Ozone-like behaviour)

Could be really useful for comparing spectrum of own tunes with another (master) tracks, without the need to open those master tracks and sending them to separate muted channel every time.

I have one petty suggestion: regarding the colour of the title-bar. Is it possible to change it to some other shade - f.e. a blue or a green title bar (or even a grey one) would be easier on the eyes than the red one.

I'm thinking about a bright-grey color bar. Seems like red title bar is not what many users particularly like.
