Hi guys! Here is my new song "The Glory of Light" from my next album. Working on it these days. The next thing is to write some strings and the bass part.
Please tell me what you think...

Maybe it's too early to give a comment on the drums...
They get a bit boring, but I had a similar impression with another song (not yours) in a similar phase of composition and after adding the strings and bass part everything fitted perfectly ! :D

Ergo, so far : OK !

I'm still and even more curious than before, to see some of your graphic work.

Cheers,

Max... .. . :P

tremendous geetar chops,

nmcot at all but your skills are obvious.

the drums have no punch, the geetar outweighs them at every turn and given that your a geetar player i can see why.

you need a good bassist and drummer behind you to really "fit" but ace geetar

Great.
One of the best guitarist is, IMO, Robert Fripp (Crimson, etc...).
You have a similar feeling, a similar talent on this piece.

Dimitar, your pieces always inspire me to practice.

Daniel is correct; this is kind of 'Frippian;' at least to begin with.

Then, it goes into a sort of 'los angeles' school of playing.

Is that a single coil pickup? Whatever the case of that, it sounds like your tone just keeps getting better.

Man, your 'action' or 'english' is incredible. Some of it kind of reminds me of Uli.

Thanks guys!
mrblitz000, I'm using hum bucker pickups - Dimarzio Breed and Paf Pro with a split coil on the tone knob.

Here is a new version. Started to program some strings on it.

I moved to the new version (sample) after listening the 1st one. (longer)
It sounds really improved.
Anyway this is an interesting and original composition.
I must say this one has a different feel (and maybe style) compared to many of all the other tracks you posted. I enjoyed it so much, slow and majestic, very good so far. Well done, Dimi.
Keep up the good (hard) work

Cheers

Thank you! Glad to hear you liked my new direction of composing...
I'm working on adding more orchestra tracks to the song and I will post the updated version these days.
The bass guitar is coming too.

Cheers,
Dimi
