Hi all:

Remember the saying "better late than never". I know some peeps are still pretty unhappy. And maybe some folks deserve more than a free plugin. It does sound like Crysonic wants to turn things around. I hope it works out well for all (Crysonic and their customers - past, present and future).

I own Spectralive V2 and Sindo V1. And I plan to purchase the current audiomidi no brainer (Crysonic nXtasy V3 and SpectraPhy LE).

Just wondering what I should get for my free plug in (I don't have much time to test demos at the moment). Any suggestions?

Yesterday evening I received Spectralive NXT3 as the free apology offer. For me everything is fine.

I bought the cryMastering Bundle back in 2007. Yesterday after reading this thread I emailed Crysonic support and today I got my free SPECTRALIVE NXT V3.5 as requested.

Past issues aside this gesture by the people at Crysonic is something we should support and give the company a second chance.

So to cut the long story short, it's true people, you really get a free plug-in hassle free. Email support with your customer details, give them some time and enjoy the free plug-in of your choice.

I know it is not on topic. But I'd love to hear what folks think about Spectralive NXT V3.5. Maybe some could review it at the plugin database?

Asked for SpectraPhy LE license and received download link soon afterward. Sort of felt guilty for doing so as I have no issue with Crysonic, but I certainly appreciate their generous offer. I hope others feel at least some gratitude for their efforts to create goodwill with past and present customers.

On the strength of reading Jay Brenton's words here in this Thread (see first post), I downloaded a few DEMOs from www.crysonic.com

Satisfied with my choice of VST, I contacted Simone at Crysonic Support, rejoined their Mailing List and requested a FREE COPY of 'CRYSONIC SPECTRALIVE NXT V3.5 FULL VERSION'.

This Morning I received an e-mail containing a Password Protected download link.

On loading the Full Version Plugin for the first time I retrieved the Serial Number and e-mailed this to 'info [at] crysonic [dot] com'.

I decided to wait until I received my Activation Number, and actiated the product before posting 'the good news' in this Thread. Now that everything is installed, ulocked and working on my Laptop, I'm looking forward to enjoying my Brand New Crysonic Product!!!
