Currently i combine LittleOne with the awesome mastering FXs from Stillwell like Bombardier, The Rocket and VibeEQ which makes the sound even better IMO.

I'm checking my other synths and my former own soundbanks for them to get some inspiration for new LittleOne patches. Same about the Little Phatty and LittleOne factory sounds. With the Mallet/Bell sounds i already tried to do some "unusual" stuff based on the specifications of that "little" Moog style analog synth.

Finally the bank i do will maybe be more like a "proof of concept" of what LitteOne is able to than focussing in a certain genre. Those could be a kind of "templates" for future patches.


BTW Bruno (from XHun) already promised to add the missing additional modulation features from the Little Phatty (e.g. second mod destination and S&H/noise as source) in some future release of LittleOne. That will be even more fun then !!

Let's see, i still try to get some inspiration and i listen that music you listed above quite regulary. In the "preview" of my patches which could be downloaded here there are already some synth strings and a brass plus the Vox Humania patch inspired by the lead sound from Gary Numan's "Cars".

BTW the Bell/Mallet sounds are more or less inspired by the new album "Atemlos" from german electronic band "Schiller":

A big source for vintage and "famous" sounds is always the huge library of OP-X Pro which is the one i always check for such things and will also do it now... Other nice sources are Arturia Jupiter 8V, Minimonsta and Sylenth1.
I already used some of those ideas in my Strobe patches so this where i start first.

This patch could fit quite good to "Chariots of Fire" or "Conquest of Paradise":

Of course i'll try to publish only the best approaches in the final bank except they are significantly different. That'S why i call it a "beta" bank. The patches above are still not perfect but a good start.

With a little delay added you could use the same patch for "Oxygene 8". I'll add that in the next update of the bank.

BTW the bank in the last post is updated (except this new patch), even if the name is the same.

BTW i realized it would be nice to have a Phaser FX for synth strings. At the moment you could take a string synth patch from the bank and add an external phaser FX like e.g. the free Kjaerhus Classic Phaser (which i use...).
