I just downloaded the CronoX 3 Factory Sound bank from the website. When I try to install it, it wants a code other than the serial number that CronoX 3 uses. I requested my S/N from LinPlug Support, but the response mail did not contain a serial number for the Crono X 3 Factory Soundbank. I took out a support ticket a couple of weeks ago with LinPlug but have not received a response.

Purchases are all legit, and I provided all of that on the support ticket. However, for obvious reasons, I am not posting it here.

What am I doing wrong?
