I waited until this weekend to get the opto comp. The registration was a little bit confusing, but worked out just fine.
The demo seems to be the only download available. It also seems to be the real version that just needs authorization. I believe that this "authorized demo = final product" is the usual IK way of delivery.

We've decided to do something cool. You no longer have to REQUEST the free DrummerTracks when you purchase ANY AmpliTube 3 product from www.esoundz.com but it will now automatically show up in your user area for download... and it is available to you now! An announcement will be emailed out shortly about it but it IS already there for you so download away and enjoy!
What you get with this DrummerTracks Promo is a taste of 10 different collections of drum backing tracks to jam over. One or two per title are represented here. The first ten titles for release are themes like 60s Rock, 70s Rock, B Grooves (in the style of The Beatles), LZ Grooves (in the style of Led Zeppelin), SD Grooves (in the style of Steely Dan - and played by one of the drummers who played with Steely Dan as well), Progressive Rock, Country Pop, Motown and more. If you're familiar with Sonic Reality's Studio ProFiles/Drum Masters and R.A.W. series then I can tell you that the audio quality is on par and the character of it is just as authentic. In fact, many of these "DrummerTracks" are the full length drum tracks where the individual loops in other titles came from! But in this case mixed down as if it was "album ready" as opposed to meant for further processing and tweaking. What I personally like about using the DrummerTracks is that there is the live playing variations that happen automatically and you are challenged to play along and be inspired to come up with things you might not otherwise do if you were say working with loops extracted from a session like that and meant to be put together compositionally by the user. A different approach. This is more like jamming with a live drummer... because that IS what it is!
You can always cut it up and move things around in your DAW if you want. You can extract your own loops from it and get even more things to your liking than we may have in the past... there's obviously WAY more subtle variations of the same basic grooves you'd hear in a verse or chorus and that timbral, timing and dynamic variation may just be what you're looking for in terms of realism and easy quick great quality drum tracks for your songs. OR you can just simply have FUN with these when you want something to do if you're playing your guitar or bass into AmpliTube 3. That's why we GAVE it to you (the pro version which is a $50 value). Both as a thank you for purchasing AmpliTube 3 from esoundz and also as a TASTER to see what they're like. The individual titles this sampling came from will be available this coming week! Everyone who purchased ANY AmpliTube product from www.esoundz.com will get a special discount coupon on the DrummerTracks titles. More news coming soon.

I like 'em. Thanks!
And using them in the Amazing Slow Downer means you can practise using these tracks at a whole range of tempos. For any of you who don't have that product, I strongly recommend it: http://www.ronimusic.com/
