I don't know about "usually". I've gotten an e-mail maybe 20% of the time, so I usually don't know unless I read it in the GB thread.

However I have SSD Platinum and would like to know how these would compliment those sets? If anyone would chime in?

There is zero overlap between those two libraries. Drum Masters' drums are unprocessed and a lot more varied and versatile than SSD.

You NEED to join.

Yes but when I clicked to check out with paypal it says in red letters - won't work with group buy.

I didn't try to check out though so maybe it does.
