Trying out this new Tindeck account

This is Zebra run through various Uhbiks and Transverb

Sort of an evolutionary piece with some minimalist and polyryhmic influences interspersed with some jazzy elements based around a drone

nice and soothing. I can't spot any Jazz in there. Listening to it for the second time now, it's really cool! It's the aural equivalent of a glittering diamond.

Oh there's just a bit of free guitary noodling in the background towards the end (very quiet as it's meant to add movement rather than be in the foreground) but it's probably not noticable as it's not emphasised - I just thought it gave it a slightly Mahavishnu fusiony feel - maybe not

Did not hear Mahavishnu Orchestra

Yet i heard something entirely new. Slightly reminded me of some Death can Dance tracks but this has more going on.

Thanks - glad you liked it. I'd not heard of "Death can Dance" before. Must check them out

Original construction of atmosphere, interesting style. Not the usual drone-ish thing, this is much more dense and full of subtle melodic phrasing.

Thanks. You are right that it was not intended as a dronish ambient style piece but to have more complex development and movement. Hopefully will have another finished soon (been interrupted by computer problems).
