StringZ2

Post

Find the ant nests, often under woodpiles, concrete blocks, driveway cracks, dig as needed, with an all-plastic spray-bottle of gasoline at the ready, which does a cheap and quick job. Find their entry points to your home, and their main paths, and lay a trail of borax (found in the laundry soap section at the store) This is toxic to them, and they drag it back to the nest with them.

And Adonis Pro has now joined the freeware club, donations still accepted.
Cheers :)

I know what you're saying, guys, but unfortunately I have to reckon with my
vegetarian conscience :(
So I know what youre saying is absolutely right, but I always wind up waiting till it's really necessary before I act anyway :?

i hope my idea gets considered before i die...

About the ants, computers' quirks or OSC's?

Stelpton, that's too bad about Stringz2 on your machine. Your music is 'happening.' Have you tried stringz1? I wonder if it's a synthedit issue or somesuch.

This Stringz2 is a lot of fun.

Just be careful with Permethrin, it's poisonous to cats! Causes seizures and so on.

Safe for dogs and us Apes though :)

Nooo... :o Does StringZ1 http://www.krakli.co.uk/legacy.asp work for you? Have you tried with another host like MU.LAB or SAVIHost? I can recommend them as Linux-freinedly and I think I've been trying to run StringZ2 with SAVIHost on Linux + Wine with success (otherwise I guess I wouldn't suggest StringZ2 :?: )

Quite frankly, I don't think ANY poison is safe for people or other animals, it's just that the effects may not be readily recognizable...
In an old Time issue I saw this ad for DDT where it was strongly suggested that parents should spray it on their children's pillows before they went to bed...

This thread is slightly schizophrenic don't 'cha think? Is it about animals, the osc or something completely different? Every other reply adds a new subject

Anyway I'm probably up for this osc. At least I'm gonna open my DAW and try it out. Maybe I'll end up with a Baroque fugue or something. Maybe nothing at all :hihi: :(

To get back on topic, I'm having a bash at this. Not sure if it's stringz, but every now and then Live crashes. It always does tho for some reason - more with some VSTs than others.
