you need silverbox v1.2 and then just make a skins directory in the same directory as silverbox122 directory, and unzip the skin zip file there. so (in my case):
M:\VST\Instruments\Silverbox122
M:\VST\Instruments\Silverbox122\skin
The files go into the skin directory. If it exists, silverbox will use the skin instead of the default one.
