help: audio volume to midi cc

hello. need some help.
i need a plug ( vst / win ) that converts audio volume of the incoming stream to midi cc. maybe with some setting / smoothing / interpolation.

Blue Cat's Digital Peak Meter Pro seems to be a good candidate for what you want. It can generate MIDI CC from peak or RMS levels and you can tweak the response of the envelope follower.
