Rhino 2.06 update

Hi Rhinomaniacs, here is a new version of the monster:

version 2.06 adds:

- new spectral editing functions (read about them on my blog)
- new, quick A/D/S/R editing for envelopes.
- next/previous buttons for waveform selection
- UI performance improvements
- Midi activity indicator and panic button
- and the usual bunch of small bug fixes

and yes, the bug with incorrectly loaded microtuning scales is gone !

Is there any way to control the width of the waveform manipulation, when dragging vertically?

Rhino sounds more 'alive' than ever...i hadn't used her for ages, until updating yesterday - i took the old beast for a runout. My word - i had almost forgotten how rich the soundfield's 'depth and scope' is...
